Solution project 1

Project description

The Rehabilitation and Career Project helps ex -addicts who have been neglected by society to return to society and position themselves in the job market.

Under the help of employers and the monitoring of government agencies, they can be helped to improve their skills from employment to expertise or trader. The goal of this project is to reduce the dependence of foreign workers and reduce the rate of relapse into a social problem.

This program aims to help 13 former drug addicts to follow a rehabilitation and career guidance program at the Vehicle Beauty Center. In this way, the target group is trained to continue to recover and be able to be self-sufficient to generate income.

The solution provider of this project is Agensi Perintis Kerjaya dan Pemulihan. The project duration is six months with an allocation of RM153,180.00.

The main SDGs impacted through this solution project is Goal 3: Good health and well -being, Goal 8: decent works and economic growth, Goal 11: Sustainable cities and communities and Goal 17: Partnership for the goals.

Solution project 2

Project description


The rehabilitation and career guidance program for drug addicts permanently recovering is an occupational therapy (job therapy) managed and supervised by Komited Malaysia.

This project can reduce the gap among drug addicts to remain recovering in the community, while providing opportunities for this group in improving the quality of life.

The program is provided for the rehabilitation of drug addicts in terms of career building, support systems and to restore self -confidence. The project also provides an opportunity for the target group to be competitive in improving the quality of life so as not to be left out of the mainstream today.

The solution provider of this project is Komited Malaysia. The project duration is six months with an allocation of RM54,000.00.

The main SDGs impacted through this solution project are Goal 3: Ensure a good level of health and well -being, Goal 8: Provide good employment opportunities in helping economic growth, Goal 11: Towards a sustainable city and society and Goal 17: Foster a cooperative attitude in order to achieve the set goals.
