Celebrating 5 Years in Localizing SDGs in Malaysia 

Celebrating the accomplishment of its 5th year in localising SDGs in Malaysia, the APPGM-SDG has released a documentary documenting its journey and achievements in localising the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This documentary highlights the APPGM-SDG’s evolution from a civil society movement to a collaborative effort involving Members of Parliament (MPs) for government and opposition, government agencies, and grassroots communities. Key milestones featured in the documentary include the establishment of the Society for Promotion of SDGs as the secretariat, impactful initiatives like micro-solution projects, and policy advocacy at national and district levels. The documentary also outlines bold plans for the next five years (2025-2029).
